Egg McMuffin in One Minute at Home

I rubbed a little bit of extra virgin olive oil in the bottom and lower side of the microwave proof coffee cup before breaking the egg shell putting the egg contents in the cup and then I pricked the yoke a few times with a fork, and I microwaved a jumbo egg for 45 seconds with microwave lid on the cup, so when eggs explodes, it does not get all over the inside of the microwave oven.  Once the sandwich was built with low cholesterol spread on the English muffins with the ham on the bottom and then the egg and then the cheese, I heated it about 15 seconds in the microwave oven on a microwave proof plate to heat the ham, cheese, egg and cholesterol free spread that I put on the toasted English muffin.  Do not use too much spread, or it will drip on your hands.
