From Windows right click Windows icon and run Task Manager:

Right Click Windows Explorer and select End Task

Then from File Select Run New Task and Add "explorer.exe"

Then from Windows run "CMD" command prompt as an administrator:

Enter:  "slmgr -rearm"

Then Reboot

Then from Windows run "CMD" command prompt as an administrator:

Enter: "slmgr /upk"

Then run from Windows "gpedit.msc"

Then select: Computer Configuration

Then select: Administrative Templates

Then select: Windows Components

Then select: Windows Update

Double Click the Legacy Policies Folder

Then select "No Auto-Restart with Logged on Users for scheduled automatic updates installation"

Then Enable, select Apply and OK

Then reboot and the message that Windows will Expire Soon will disappear
