Kraft Macaroni and Cheese

I take a six ounce box of Macaroni and Cheese or Anne's Shells and White Cheddar Cheese

I put the one cup of macaroni shells in a deep microwave proof plastic pot with lid with 1.25 cups of water and a quarter teaspoon of Lawry's seasoned salt.

Microwave for 8 minutes until pasta is soft in 1500 watt microwave oven

Season with garlic powder, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning

Add 1.25 cups of milk

Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Add two tablespoons of Grey Poupon mustard

Add on eight ounce bag of shredded white cheddar cheese

Add powdered cheese packet from box

Mix it all together

Microwave 5 minutes

Serves two

Serve in soup bowl with grated parmesan and Roman cheese on top of it and a few sprinkles of dried parsley for color.

One can add and mix in a diced one pound Dak ham and microwave it an additional two minutes on the final microwave cycle or a diced 8 ounce ham steak.

If one does not like ham, one can take a 10 ounce block of frozen whole leaf spinach, and put it in a microwave proof container with lid and microwave

it for 4 minutes and and then mix it in with macaroni and cheese instead of ham.  The Italians like using spinach in their

cooking.  They even make green fettucinni which is pasta with spinach.  Spinach has a lot of iron which is good for you.
