Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 X32 new install fix for Windows Update, might work with X64

1: Install Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer-11-for-windows-7-details.aspx , and reboot

2:  Download and install https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49542  and reboot.

3:  Windows Update should now work.
