I will now send out my weekly notes. I will then shut down the HP laptop computer, and I will go to bed.
04/19/25 Saturday 6:10 P.M. I am about to eat a 11.5 ounce Marie Callender garlic chicken bowl with a 15 ounce can of cream corn with Smart Balance spread and a 12 ounce glass of www.coke.com Zero Sugar.
04/19/25 Saturday 5:40 P.M. I showered, and I cleaned up. I went to the Greenwich Library, and I read U.S.A. Today and the Greenwich Time. I used the bathroom there. I then went to the Junior Chamber of Commerce Park, and I paid $2 in quarters to park there for one hour and twenty minutes. I chatted with a friend on my cell phone. I toured www.cvs.com . I used the bathroom there. I bought six inch bucket of four pink tulips for $10.62. I then drove down to the Senior and the Arts Center. I tried sitting out there, but I got scared off by bumble bees. I then went to the Acme grocery store at 161 West Putnam Avenue. They have filet mignon and prime rib in the meat counter display, but it is fifty to a hundred dollars. I bought a 42 ounce Smart Balance spread for $9.39. I then returned home. I put away the food, and I drank an instant coffee outside. I picked up the mail. 04/18/25 Friday 5:20 P.M. I went downtown to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue. I paid a $1.50 in quarters to park for an hour. I spent most of my time in the Junior Chamber of Commerce Park. I toured CVS, and I used the bathroom there. I then drove down to the Board of Education Veterans Monument parking lot. I sat out enjoying the view of the tulip garden. I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought six 20 ounce cans of Stop and Shop pineapple chunks for $1.69 a can four 15 ounce cans of Stop and Shop fruit cocktail for $2.09 a can and a six pack of Stop and Shop English muffins for $1.50 for $20 total. I then returned home. I put away the food. I put the grey bag back in the car. I drank an instant coffee outside. I filed this report.

04/17/25 Thursday 7:30 P.M. I showered and I cleaned up. I drove downtown to the Senior and the Arts Center. I used the bathroom there. I got a large coffee there for $2, and I drank it out front. I chatted with a friend on my cell phone. I bought a scratch card for a dollar at Zen Stationary, and I lost as usual to the Bank of Bombay. I toured the Apple store. I then drove to the Old Greenwich Oil Change, and I got an oil change for $137.16. I also got a free car wash. I bought $27 of self service gasoline for $4.199 a gallon for 6.431 gallons at odometer reading of 126847 miles for 83.8 miles driven since Saturday April 5, 2025 for 13.03 miles per gallon in local traffic. I then drove back downtown to the Senior and the Arts Center. I chatted with a friend and two relatives. I used the bathroom at the Senior Center. I then went to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue. I toured the store. I sat out in the Junior Chamber of Commerce Park across the street. I then went to the Greenwich Library, and I read the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, U.S.A. Today, and the Greenwich Time. I used the bathroom there. I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought a five gallon bottle of Poland Spring water with bottle coupon for $9.99. I then returned home, and I used my little folding hand truck to brink up the 42 pound bottle of water. I then put the hand truck and the empty water bottle in the car. I drank an instant coffee outside for a long time. I filed this report.

I chatted with a friend on my cell phone. At CVS, I bought two 6.5 ounce Lays 65% less fat baked potato chips for $7.48. I then drove down Greenwich Avenue. The Board of Education parking lot is still closed for reconstruction. I then returned home. I picked up the mail. I drank an instant coffee outside. I chatted with a neighbor.

In the Summer of 1971, I learned a bit of COBOL off IBM manuals, and I wrote a spread sheet in COBOL that worked off an IBM 360 at Polaroid. That is my programming experience except HTML which I used to make my downloadable web directory. On the COBOL project at Polaroid, I got three credits at Lake Forest College for an independent studies project to make up the two courses in Quantum Mechanics and one in recent American History that I had flunked. Thus in the spring of 1972, I had enough credits to graduate.

I used the bathroom at CVS. I bought two 14.3 ounce Kellogg's raisin bran for $3.98 total. I sat out in the Junior Chamber of Commerce park. I then returned home. The house on Baldwin Farms North has been torn down and rebuilt. We drove up Round Hill Road. The Round Hill store no longer has gasoline pumps. We drove across Upper Cross road and back into town on North Street. We stopped by the Greenwich Library, and I used the bathroom there. They have a copy of Bill Gates' book "Source Code", but it can be only checked out for a week and renewed for a week. We toured Whole Foods. We then drove down by waterfront on Steamboat Road, and viewed the waterfront. We then sat out at Grass Island. We then drove to King's Grocery in Old Greenwich, and we got roast beef sandwiches for $10 each. We then drove out to the southeast area of Tod's Point, and I used the Port O Potty there. We had out picnic in the car and sat out for a long time. We then drove by the southwest area, and I used the Port O Potty there. We then drove back to my apartment, and my guest dropped me off.
